We are looking for a skilled Operations Manager to join our team at OCBC. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation, maintenance, and upkeep of our building, ensuring compliance with authorities' requirements and regulations.
Key Duties:
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and optimize operations.
• Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks by contractors and vendors.
• Manage operations budgets, administer contracts, and provide administrative support as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate daily mall operations, events, and campaigns.
• Assist with tenancy matters, including handing/taking over premises to/from tenants, reviewing fit-out designs.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Building, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience.
• Sound knowledge of M&E, Fire Safety, and Estate Management principles.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
