Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Centre Manager at a leading tuition centre. As a Centre Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality education to students and contributing to the growth of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To handle walk-ins and new enquiries on the services provided by the centre, ensuring that all queries are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • To handle parents'/students' enquires on class timings/ services/ etc and assist with liaising work with parents and students on any changes to schedule.
  • Planning of student activities/post-exam activities and curriculum, focusing on providing engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Ensuring smooth operation of the centre, including managing resources and staff effectively.
  • Deliver lessons in an engaging and dynamic manner, based on our curriculum and pedagogy, and develop lesson materials to support student learning.
  • Engage students and help them realise their potential, providing individualised support and feedback where needed.

Requirements:

  • Degree obtained from a reputable university, preferably in Singapore or China.
  • Experience in managing a tuition centre, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong language skills, particularly in Chinese and language subjects.
  • Demonstrate passion for education, commitment to nurturing students, and a willingness to continually improve yourself.
  • Dynamic and confident, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
