Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our institutional trading platform. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for driving product initiatives from inception to execution, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver remarkable features and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and maintenance of the Exchange's Institutional roadmap, focusing on user experience and product suite development.
  • Define features and product outcomes by leading and actively documenting product specifications and requirements.
  • Collaborate with development teams to provide product outcome direction, work closely with lead developers to develop technical solutions, and share guidance with QA engineers to ensure comprehensive test plans.
  • Manage the roadmap backlog, prioritize initiatives and projects effectively, and weigh necessary trade-offs for optimal outcomes.
  • Facilitate user studies through client meetings and interviews for product feedback, iterate on feedback to ensure user needs are captured and prioritized appropriately, and represent the domain in communications with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of product management experience, with a domain knowledge of exchange / Institutional trading / prime brokerage platforms is preferred.
  • A data-informed work style, viewed through a compassionate lens of the user.
  • A passion for building delightful customer-facing products and experiences.
  • Experience shipping and iterating on successful Software or Financial products at scale.
  • Demonstrated leadership, taking initiative and producing results.
  • The ability to collaborate well with designers, engineers, QA, Marketing, compliance, growth.
  • Diligent and open to learning new things.
  • Bring humility to your work and how you work with others.
  • Good aptitude for understanding technical concepts and applying them is preferred.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
