Job Overview

Sales professionals with a technical background are sought after by Techware to play a crucial role in expanding the business across Singapore and Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, an excellent understanding of laser micromachining, automation systems, and Industry 4.0 applications, as well as experience in the precision manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential customers and develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide technical guidance on laser micromachining solutions, and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met and to develop custom solutions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the laser, semiconductor, or precision manufacturing industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer challenges and provide tailored solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
