Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with business clients
  • Act as the main point of contact between the company and its B2B clients
  • Understand the client's needs, business objectives, and industry trends to provide relevant solutions
  • Provide excellent after-sales service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention

Account Growth & Development:

  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts to upsell and cross-sell products or services
  • Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to evaluate performance and present new opportunities
  • Proactively seek ways to add value to the client's business and foster account expansion
  • Achieve sales targets through account retention and growth
