This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team as a Financial Analyst - Performance Optimization. In this role, you will work closely with business leaders to develop financial models and analytical insights to assist in evaluating new business concepts, turning insights into operational measurements, and identifying paths to improve the overall planning and forecasting process.
About the Role:
- Lead short- and long-term financial planning;
- Build financial models for new business concepts;
- Present financial summaries and business insights to senior management;
- Tighten internal controls for program spending and revenue accrual;
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning: Develop and maintain financial plans, forecasts, and models to support business decisions.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field;
- 4+ years of experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses;
- 4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience;
- 4+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience;
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, or business, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of quantitative role experience;
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience;
- MBA or CPA;
- Knowledge of Tableau;
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools and other financial systems.
