We are seeking a Centre Manager to drive impactful daily operations and deliver innovative programmes for seniors in Singapore.

The successful candidate will lead the operational and strategic aspects of our Active Centre, inspiring staff, volunteers, and partners to achieve organisational goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership to the AAC team, translating mission into actionable strategies
  • Developing annual work plans aligned with government requirements and KPIs
  • Leading and developing the AAC team with empathy, clear communication, and teamwork
  • Curating evidence-informed programmes promoting seniors' well-being
  • Overseeing outreach strategies to engage vulnerable seniors, including home visits and community networking
  • Representing the organisation at networking events and collaborative initiatives

Qualifications and experience required:

  • Diploma in Social Work, Gerontology, Community Development, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant leadership experience in the social service, healthcare, or community sector, preferably in senior services or active ageing sector
