Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager Senior to lead our multi-disciplinary project teams in international locations. This role is pivotal in enabling the successful delivery of business objectives across time, cost, and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Design Manager to drive the project team towards delivering key success criteria from concept to launch.
  • Apply core Programme Management skills to identify interdependencies between functional work packages and facilitate effective working between functional teams.
  • Take an active role in identifying and resolving risks to project success criteria.
  • Lead Programme Management of emerging categories to demonstrate best practice portfolio management including budget, resource allocation, and execution.
Requirements:
  • Hold formal Project Management qualifications or degree (APMP or equivalent).
  • Degree in Engineering, Science, or demonstrate equivalent experience. Systems Engineering knowledge preferred.
  • 8+ years' experience in managing technical or manufacturing projects end-to-end, preferably in a medical device industry.
