Job Description:

  • You will be responsible for formulating and reviewing policies, as well as developing policy frameworks to accurately translate policy intent into scheme implementation.
  • You will oversee the review of policies and schemes aimed at strengthening retirement adequacy for Singaporeans.
  • This role requires you to work closely with stakeholders across government agencies.
  • You will gain experience in reviewing and implementing policies, public communications, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate, review, and implement Retirement Systems policies and initiatives.
  • Develop policy-ops frameworks for Retirement Systems policies.
  • Analyse data and information to inform policy formulation and evaluate the impact of policies and initiatives.
  • Handle complex appeal cases.

Requirements:

  • Preferably at least 2 to 3 years of policy experience.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with experience in quantitative analysis and financial risk assessment an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to forge effective partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to exercise empathy and firmness when managing complex appeal cases.
  • Meticulous work habits, with attention to detail when analysing information and checking against guidelines and criteria.
