Job Title: Dedicated Delivery Associate

Daily Delivery Operations:

  • Ensure all daily delivery orders are delivered to customers on schedule.
  • Communicate any delays to the Traffic Controller.
  • Verify, submit and ensure all delivery orders are completed with clean PODs.
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.

Vehicle Maintenance:

  • Check trucks/equipment daily for road worthiness before operating.
  • Perform regular cleaning and basic maintenance on assigned vehicles.

Driving Practices and Productivity:

  • Drive trucks safely and manage equipment within authorized classifications.
  • Contribute to expeditious job completion and display teamwork to meet productivity targets/KPIs.

Accident Prevention and Management:

  • Avoid accidents during daily deliveries.
  • Prevent vehicle breakdowns.

Delivery Monitoring and Supervision:

  • Monitor vehicle condition and delivery assistant health status.
  • Assess loads, prepare trucks for loading and secure cargo to prevent damage.
  • Supervise Delivery Assistants (for OMO, driver is responsible for job execution and manual cargo handling).

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist in investigations and completion of CAPA reports.
  • Carry out delivery activities as per SOPs, flow processes, WIs and feedback.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Possess a valid Singapore Class 4 or 5 driving license.
  • Minimum 2 years similar class driving experience with a clean record.
  • Experience in route planning and distribution operations.
  • Familiarity with various modes of transportation and cargo handling techniques.
  • Ability to plan and supervise the work of others with attention to detail.
