Job Title: Delivery Operations Specialist

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Commitment to a safe and healthy work environment is paramount. Ensuring the well-being of oneself and others in the workplace is a top priority.
  • Supporting the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) program, making safety and health an integral part of daily routines, and adhering to safe work methods and relevant regulations.
  • Verifying order delivery tickets before proceeding with supply, confirming product and quantity, and checking for any discrepancies.
  • Loading and unloading supply equipment while ensuring they are in good working condition and road-worthy.
  • Performing rigging and signaling tasks during vessel supply operations.
  • Coordinating with planners on delivery purposes, equipment faults, and supply disputes.
  • Maintaining clear communication with chief engineers and drivers during order execution.
  • Ensuring accurate completion of delivery documents and endorsement upon completion.
  • Additional duties may be assigned by the planner as needed.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work flexible shifts.
  • Capacity to work independently and manage pressure during peak periods.
  • Responsibility and ownership at work are essential qualities.
  • Valid rigger and signalman certification is required.
  • At least a primary or secondary education qualification is necessary.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the port services industry.
  • Basic English language skills are required.
