Computer Hardware Specialist

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to clients. This role involves providing recommendations on computer components based on individual preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to customer inquiries regarding computer components, repair services, and PC customization.
  • Recommend suitable computer components to customers through knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Perform basic housekeeping duties in the work area.
  • Assist with retail operations, including stock takes.
  • Participate in trade fairs and related events as required.
