Job Title: Payroll Specialist



About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for consolidating and validating moderately complex payroll inputs, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.

Additionally, they will validate gross to net and other outputs from the payroll vendor, keep up-to-date with local legislation, and provide supporting documentation for internal and external audits.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Assistance

Assist employees with their payroll inquiries in a timely manner.

Reporting & Compliance

Ensure timely reporting to external and internal stakeholders.

SOP & Documentation of Payroll Processes

Ensure regular updates and revision of SOP documentation. Provide input for the development of HR policies and procedures.

Education/Experience (Required)

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field required. 2 years of experience in Payroll analysis required.

  • Leadership skills required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of legislation relevant to payroll processing required.
  • Prior experience in payroll analysis required.
  • Accounting knowledge required.
  • Compliance expertise required.
