Job Description

The Regional Infosec Manager will be tasked with implementing the Group Information Security strategy within their respective domains. They work closely with local entities, including Chief Information Officers and business units, and report directly to the Group Chief Information Security Officer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Security Operations: Coordinate and follow up on recurrent security activities, including backup testing, monthly patching, Active Directory review and cleanup, and other security-related tasks.
  • Security Project Management: Coordinate and follow up on security project build and deployment action plans.
  • Policy Compliance: Follow up on policy compliance and contribute to internal audits.
  • Security Solutions Management: Manage security solutions and tools, including Endpoint Detection and Response, Darktrace, Extended Detection and Response/Security Information and Event Management, and Cymulate.
  • Daily Security Operations: Perform daily security operational activities, including initial diagnosis, triage, and SOC managed services coordination.
  • Regional Awareness Campaigns: Coordinate regional awareness campaigns, including phishing campaigns, training, and coordination with other stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Dashboard: Create and maintain dashboards and reports on regional security scope contributions to the CISO.
  • Requirements Management: Collect and inventory local new requirements, regulations, and other relevant information with business stakeholders.
  • Group CISO Meeting Participation: Participate in monthly Group CISO meetings.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or equivalent technical or security qualifications and field experience.
  • Certification: CISSP Certification or similar, required to ensure a proper understanding of Cybersecurity technical implementation and to demonstrate a minimum level of IS security analysis skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of current Cybersecurity breach trends and market solutions.
  • Coordination Skills: Strong coordination skills to act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring Group policies are understood and applied, and managing implementation or exception follow-ups.
  • Project Lead Experience: Project lead experience to manage potential Cybersecurity workstreams.
  • Regional Representation: Ability to serve as the regional representative and uphold Group security policies.
  • Documentation and Presentation Skills: Strong documentation and audience-targeted presentation skills.
