Interchange Supervisor
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the assigned interchange and leading the performance of their assigned group of Operations Staff, ensuring that their management leads to the company delivering a safe, punctual, reliable, cost-effective, and efficient service to customers.
This role is ideal for an experienced transport sector professional who possesses strong leadership skills and can effectively manage a large group of staff. Key Responsibilities:- Manage Interchange Operations Staff to ensure delivery of all relevant key performance indicators.
- Appraise and improve the skills of your staff and ensure that any training needs are identified and acted upon.
- Endorse investigation reports submitted by the Interchange Executive/Senior Interchange Supervisor, undertaking disciplinary inquiries when required.
- A proven track record of success in managing operations within the transport sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
- Familiarity with legislation relating to the business, particularly the Road Traffic Act, Workplace Safety & Health Act, and the Employment Act.
