Key Responsibilities

This role requires the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:
  • Registering and enrolling visitors efficiently and accurately using facial recognition technology
  • Providing excellent queue management and crowd control when necessary
  • Protecting and maintaining accurate and updated visitor records according to PDPA requirements
  • Managing keys, including issue, return, and accounting on a daily basis
  • Able to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritise tasks effectively

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to learn quickly and adapt to changes. You should also have good interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking, is essential. WSQ certification in customer service is an advantage.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $35,000 - $45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Competitive benefits and remuneration package available. Estimated salary may vary based on location.
