Job Overview
Maintenance Manager is responsible for the effective management and supervision of building infrastructure projects, maintenance requirements, and administration under their purview.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of building/facilities management principles and prior experience in building maintenance and work services. Strong analytical and data processing skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise building infrastructure projects and maintenance requirements
- Correspond with appropriate agencies to seek approval for building and infrastructure maintenance
- Ensure proper operation and execution of maintenance functions
- Allocate resources efficiently for various projects

Requirements
- Education in building/facilities management
- Prior work experience in building maintenance and work services (advantageous)
- Good analytical and data processing skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the Workplace Safety and Health Act
