  • The Quality Assurance Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies. This position involves performing compliance assessments, reviewing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and supporting regulatory inspections.
">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Ensure Compliance and Risk Management
  • Perform regular compliance assessments, including process inspections, equipment reviews, and record audits to ensure adherence to regulations and internal policies.
  • Review SOPs, batch records, deviations, change controls, and corrective action plans (CAPAs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support sponsor site visits, regulatory inspections, and customer audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to address identified gaps or deficiencies.
  • Conduct training sessions on regulatory requirements and maintain accurate training records.
  • Perform internal facility inspections and maintain audit documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
  • Approve customer test reports and support reagent release processes to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Monitor and correct regulatory risk areas to prevent non-compliance and adverse events.
  • Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
  • Collect and analyze quality metrics to inform QMR and QMS dashboards.
  • Support quality assurance projects and continuous improvement initiatives to drive business excellence.
  • Provide regulatory responses and documentation for customer qualification.">

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
