Unix and VMware System Administrator

This is a senior-level position that requires an experienced professional to oversee the management and maintenance of complex Unix/Linux server environments, as well as VMware vSphere platforms.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and provisioning servers; managing storage systems and backup solutions; ensuring system security and compliance with industry standards.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Unix/Linux system administration
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, NFS, etc.)
