Job Overview

A senior engineer with a strong technical background is required to lead the installation of OCR and R-OCR systems. The ideal candidate has relevant experience in project management, electrical engineering, and hands-on knowledge of OCR/R-OCR implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a productive team and oversee installation activities.
  • Prepare method statements for equipment installation.
  • Implement works according to working drawings and installation method statements.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC engineers/inspectors during site inspections.
  • Establish, report, and follow up on non-conformance reports.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed at site and personnel under responsibility wear personal protective equipment.
  • Participate in coordination meetings and highlight possible delays or clashes with station-specific CIPs and CSDs.
  • Hold weekly meetings to define necessary means to carry out planned tasks.
  • Conduct daily briefings with site team leaders to follow up and report work progress.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in OCR/R-OCR installation projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of OCR/R-OCR systems and related infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with installation method statements and QA/QC procedures.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
