Your New Role
We're seeking a Senior Executive - Performance Creative Strategy to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be passionate about television, movies, entertainment, and technology, with a deep understanding of digital performance marketing and a champion for the consumer.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative ad management across all digital platforms, working closely with creative services, growth marketing strategy, and media buying teams.
- Plan, traffic, and apply relevant tracking taxonomies across digital creative acquisition materials for SEM, social media, display advertising campaigns, programmatic, etc.
- Assist in reviewing and adapting copy creations for assets trafficked across digital channels.
- Help plan, execute, and measure test-and-learn initiatives across ad creatives and landing pages to optimize conversion.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of all creative requirements for Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.
- Interface with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to drive superior digital creative execution.
- Be part of the planning process for digital marketing, providing operational requirements and insights.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in creative trafficking or project management.
- Ability to self-manage while handling projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiar with digital planning and implementation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with Excel proficiency a must.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to measure, test, and refine.
- Data-driven and proven ability to analyze data to extract insights.
