Your role in the team
The Creative Lead oversees and manages the creative output of the Singapore marketing team. This role involves taking full ownership of the creative process, from conceptualization to production, across all local marketing campaigns, always-on social media content, client communications, and event materials. The ideal candidate has hands-on design expertise, experience managing designers, and the ability to coordinate with both internal teams and external agencies to produce creative assets.
The Creative Lead possesses a diverse skill set, including digital design, graphic / illustration design, video production, and layout design, with a strong background similar to that of an agency-level Art Director.
What you’ll do
() Creative Strategy & Execution:
Lead the development and execution of creative concepts for integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
() Design & Production:
Create and produce high-quality digital assets, including but not limited to:
Graphic design for digital channels (social media, email, web)
Video production and editing
Illustrations and animations
Layout design for both online and offline materials (OOH, presentations, event collateral)
() Team Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Social, Brand, CRM and Performance marketing. Provide guidance, feedback and execution to ensure the delivery of creative work that fulfils briefs and business objectives.
() Agency Collaboration & Vendor Management:
Work with both internal and external creative agencies, freelancers, and production houses, overseeing the entire creative production process from brief to delivery. Ensure all projects are completed on time, on brief and within budget.
() Trend Awareness & Innovation:
Stay updated on design trends, new technologies, and social media best practices to keep the brand's creative assets modern, fresh, and competitive in the market.

What you’ll need for this role
+ years of experience in a creative or design lead role, preferably in an agency setting or an in-house marketing team.
Proven experience managing designers, illustrators, and video production projects.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work including digital design, video production, and layout design.
Experience working with both internal marketing teams and external agencies.
Skills:
Expert in graphic design, video production, motion graphics, and layout design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design software.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts and manage stakeholder expectations.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
Qualifications:
A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Knowledge of social media platforms, their creative requirements, and best practices for visual content.
