Peak Ocean PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Flange Management Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of flange management activities across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage all flange management activities, including bolt torquing, hand torque wrench, pneumatic wrench, and impact wrench.
  • Maintain and analyze flange protocols, and bolting specialist performance, ensuring compliance with guidelines and site procedures.
  • Populate the Joint integrity / Flange Management Register Database and ensure consistency and readiness to hand over to Operation.
  • Identify critical activities daily to facilitate improvements in terms of quality, productivity, and safety.
  • Contribute to experience transfer, develop new methods, and recommend improvements to all flange management activities.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent Engineering discipline with ECTIB or equivalent certificate.
  • Preferably with (3) years of experience in torquing, flange management, and torquing equipment.
  • Familiar with Piping Standards ASTM, API, ASME, etc. and conversant to B16.5/16.20.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Independent, self-motivated, result-driven, and good team working skills.
