About the Role- Process orders, quotations, and invoices efficiently, ensuring timely delivery arrangements
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, addressing sales inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with sales personnel to ensure seamless communication and updates on customer orders
- Coordinate and monitor deliveries, inventory levels, and customer needs
- Perform various administrative tasks as required
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A strong understanding of shipping documentation and logistics
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle multiple queries simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
