About Us

We are seeking an experienced leader to fill the role of Lead Preschool Educator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our preschool center.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and leadership. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute professional development initiatives for educators to enhance their skills.
  • Create and implement an inquiry-based curriculum that fosters cognitive and emotional growth in children.
  • Evaluate and align educational programs with organizational goals, values, and standards.
  • Promote excellence in education by enhancing the school's reputation within the community.
  • Oversee operational functions to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements:

  • A degree in Early Childhood Education and a Diploma in Pre-school Education – Leadership/Training (DPE-L/T) or equivalent, recognized by the relevant authorities.
