Job Title: Steel Detailer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Steel Detailer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and models of steel structures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with engineering standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed drawings and models of steel structures using Tekla Structures
  • Assist in project activities, including drawing submission, takeoff quality, and coordination with project managers and engineers
  • Prepare 3D structural models, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings
  • Maintain good document control and filing
  • Attend meetings with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Tekla Structures and other CAD software
  • Familiarity with structural steel detailing and fabrication processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
