We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Hair & Scalp Wellness Consultants or Sales Supervisors. In this role, you will:

  • Manage client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.">
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of our outlets.">
  • Lead and mentor junior staff (for supervisory roles).">

Main Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert advice on hair and scalp care using our methodologies.">
  • Demonstrating and selling our range of organic products and scalp treatments.">
  • Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment in the outlet.">
  • Staying updated on the latest hair care trends and product knowledge.">
  • Handling administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling and inventory management.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or the beauty/wellness industry.">
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.">

  • The ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.">
