We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused professional to fill the role of Hair & Scalp Wellness Consultant or Sales Supervisor.

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as we strive to provide exceptional hair and scalp care services using our in-house organic range. As a Hair & Scalp Wellness Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting personalized consultations with clients, assessing their hair and scalp conditions, and recommending suitable treatment plans and products.

  • You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice on hair and scalp care.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment in the outlet, ensuring that all client interactions are positive and satisfactory.
  • You will stay updated on the latest hair care trends and product knowledge, enhancing your skills and expertise in this field.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or the beauty/wellness industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Possession of a passion for natural and organic beauty solutions, with a keen interest in the health and wellbeing of others.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Leadership experience is a plus for supervisory positions, but not essential.
