Job Description:

As a key member of our sourcing team, you will be instrumental in developing products at the forefront of sustainability. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that our products meet brand design and future vision requirements.

Key responsibilities include ensuring adherence to the brand development calendar timeline, effectively raising problems when found, and discussing solutions with your manager. You will also work with vendors to deliver on-time execution of all samples and support technical design requirements for assigned brand categories.

Additionally, you will analyze data and provide summaries to support vendor performance, as well as participate in company-wide initiatives to promote VF purpose activation and improve systems and processes.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in development of knitted and woven apparel
  • Passionate about product and possess a curious and open mindset to learn
  • Strong learning agility and an aptitude for working in a digital environment
  • Openness to understand change and adapt quickly
  • Respects different perspectives and is willing to grow

Qualifications:
  • Academic degree in Textile or related field
  • Working experience 2 years related to sourcing
  • Language proficiency: Good communication skills in English
  • Local language proficiency is an advantage
