Senior UI Designer - Visual Identity Specialist

At Tencent, we're looking for a talented Senior UI Designer to join our team. As a Senior UI Designer, you will be responsible for building a visual identity and design language for our games on both mobile and PC. You will create user interfaces that manage complex information and flow intuitively, and work collaboratively with the UX team and artists to carry design from concept into final implementation.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience as a visual artist in the game industry or related area.
• Excellent graphic design skills, including design, layout and typography.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to translate player data into design solutions and quickly iterate on them.
• Strong understanding of usability design principles.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technology.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about video games and user interface design, with a strong portfolio and a desire to create engaging and intuitive user experiences. If you're a talented UI Designer looking for a new challenge, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build a visual identity and design language for our games on both mobile and PC.

• Maintain and optimize UI assets as necessary.
• Initiate and follow through UI implementation, iterating as necessary to pursue the highest quality.

• Able to effectively collaborate with the game designer, UI Programmers and UI Designers to create the user-interface: HUD, windows, menus, icons and other interactive elements.
• Excellent graphic design skills, including design, layout and typography.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to translate player data into design solutions and quickly iterate on them.
• Strong understanding of usability design principles.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technology.

What We're Looking For:
• A passionate and talented UI Designer with a strong portfolio and a desire to create engaging and intuitive user experiences.
