Role: Senior UI/UX Designer

Duration: 12 months (convertible to perm)

Location: Singapore


We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Senior Designer with strong Product Design expertise. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in design, business strategy, and research to guide our clients in developing and launching successful products or strategies. You will be a trusted advisor, leading engagements, mentoring junior consultants, and driving innovation for a diverse range of clients.


Responsibilities:


• Engage with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and needs to define clear product vision and strategy.

• Facilitate client workshops and strategy sessions to shape product roadmaps and prioritize features.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to create product strategies that balance user experience, market trends, and technical feasibility.

• Lead the product design process, translating strategic goals into user-centric product designs and prototypes.

• Ensure seamless integration of product design into the overall development process by working closely with developers, project managers, and designers.

• Analyse market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and business models to inform product strategy recommendations for clients.

• Evaluate the feasibility and viability of new product ideas for clients, considering both user value and business impact.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product design and strategy.


Requirements:


• 8 years of experience in product strategy and product design, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products.

• Expertise in engaging with clients and stakeholders to develop product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.

• Strong background in product design, including UI/UX principles, wireframing, and prototyping.

• Experience conducting user research and testing to inform design decisions.

• Ability to synthesize complex business and technical requirements

into actionable product solutions.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to guide clients through strategic conversations.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of agile development processes and tools.
