Lead Product Development for Financial SolutionsWe are seeking a skilled Financial Products Development Lead to spearhead the creation and commercialization of cash management products tailored to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). As a key leader in our division, you will drive innovation and growth by developing and maintaining a suite of cash products and services that meet the evolving needs of our corporate clients.
Main Responsibilities- Cash Product Development: Develop and maintain a portfolio of cash management products, including operating accounts, payment solutions, and cash management tools, that cater to the diverse needs of SMEs.
- Collaboration and Strategy: Collaborate with Transaction Banking teams to drive profitable growth and digital adoption of corporate cash management platforms. Manage pricing strategy across services and regions, balancing competitiveness, interest rate movements, and profitability.
- Client Onboarding and Service Delivery: Partner with operations and onboarding teams to optimize client onboarding and service delivery processes, ensuring seamless experiences for our customers.
- Digital Adoption and Campaigns: Drive digital adoption of the corporate banking platform (Straight2Bank – S2B), collaborating with platform developers and digital channel leads to roll out SME-appropriate features. Coordinate with Analytics, Country Product, and Segment teams to deliver targeted campaigns and promotions that boost usage of operating accounts, drive balance growth, and cross-sell FX, Trade, Wealth, and Lending products.
- Cash Management Expertise: In-depth knowledge of cash management products and services, with experience in developing and implementing successful product strategies.
- Ledership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive business growth through innovation and collaboration.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market trends and customer needs to inform product development and pricing strategies.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and partners.
