Chiller System Maintenance and Service Leader

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of service technicians, overseeing the maintenance of chiller systems, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all maintenance activities for chiller systems, prioritizing timely execution and effectiveness.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance the skills and performance of a team of service technicians.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of chiller systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with chillers, implementing effective repair solutions to maintain optimal system performance.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Built strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on maintenance activities and addressing any concerns or queries.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in chiller maintenance and service.
- Strong understanding of chiller systems and components.
A successful Maintenance & Service Manager will have exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of chiller systems, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance schedules, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and ensuring all maintenance activities comply with industry standards.
