Job Title: Master Northwest Cuisine Chef

As a master chef, you will lead the kitchen team and oversee the preparation and cooking of northwest cuisine dishes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of chef working experience, with strong leadership and management skills. You must be able to work long hours, including public holidays and weekends, and be flexible with your shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and participate in the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of northwest cuisine dishes.
  • Plan and price menu items, order supplies, and keep records and accounts.
  • Maintain/raise the food's profit margins for the business.
  • Hire and fire employees as needed.
  • Meet health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years chef working experience.
  • Able to stand long time.
  • Able to do flexible shift or split shift.
  • Able to work on Public Holidays and Weekend.
  • Team leader & Management level.
