Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and optimization of high-performance pricing and risk computation services.
  • Collaborate with traders, sales, and quantitative developers to translate complex model requirements into scalable engineering solutions.
  • Work with platform and infrastructure teams to integrate pricing outputs into electronic distribution channels.
  • Ensure code quality through robust unit and regression testing frameworks integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Mentor peers and contribute to architectural planning, focusing on performance, security, and operational reliability.
  • Manage concurrent development streams in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in a similar front-office engineering role delivering trading or risk solutions.
  • Proficient in Core Java (JDK 11+), with a strong understanding of multi-threaded and event-driven programming paradigms.
  • Experience working directly with end-users in trading or quant teams.
  • Familiarity with building real-time systems and low-latency messaging infrastructure.
  • Solid understanding of automated testing frameworks and DevOps practices.
