We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to join our team at Xin Long (S) Pte Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct the production team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure products meet required standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to optimize production planning and scheduling.
  • Monitor inventory levels and liaise with procurement to maintain adequate supplies.
  • Identify process improvements and implement lean manufacturing principles.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Factory Manager/Supervisor in Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics.
