Senior Mental Health Professional

Job Description:

As a Senior Mental Health Professional, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing mental healthcare delivery at the primary care level. You will manage complex psychological cases, provide clinical supervision, and lead the integration of mental health services within primary care.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work collaboratively with stakeholders to destigmatize mental health and enhance service delivery. You will be responsible for providing advanced psychological assessments and therapeutic interventions for complex cases, as well as shaping the future of mental healthcare by developing integrated psychological services in primary care settings.

You will also conduct psychological education and skills training for patients and healthcare professionals, participate in research and quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to interprofessional training programmes and staff development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Masters in Psychology (Clinical) or MPsychPhD or PhD/MA/MScPGDipClPs
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant clinical experience
  • Full registration with Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP)
  • Registration as full member with recognised professional body in country of training
  • Strong leadership capabilities and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in programme development and implementation will be an added advantage
