Job Title: Digital Transformation Strategist

Overview
  • This is a leadership position that oversees the implementation of data strategy and analytics across multiple markets.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading development of advanced analytics products and AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Define Data Strategy: Develop and execute regional data and analytics strategies to drive business growth.
  2. Lead Analytics Team: Build, lead, and grow a high-performing regional data analytics team.
  3. Develop Analytical Products: Lead the development of advanced analytics products and AI applications.
  4. Improve Data Quality: Champion data quality, governance, and literacy across teams.
  5. Implement Performance Tools: Manage and optimize tools such as LOGICS Business Metrics and Planning modules.
  6. Enhance Reporting: Promote best practices and standardized reporting through Power BI and other tools.
  7. Align Regional Initiatives: Align regional initiatives with global strategies and transformation efforts.
Requirements:
  • 10–15 years of experience in Operational Excellence or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience leading projects/programs in distribution or fulfillment environments.
  • Deep expertise in analytics, performance management, and data-led transformation.
  • Proven experience managing cross-cultural and cross-country teams.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
