About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity for a pharmacist to work in a hospital setting, providing medication management services to patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and verifying inpatient orders, dispensing medication for discharge, and supporting pharmacy operations as assigned.
The role requires at least 2 years of working experience in a hospital setting, with familiarity with EPIC being preferred. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Review and verification of inpatient orders
- Dispensing of medication for discharge
- Review of medications and dispensing at SLCC clinic
- Support in pharmacy operations as assigned
- At least 2 years of working experience in a hospital setting
- Familiarity with EPIC
The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive rate of pay and the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. The role offers flexible scheduling, including once a week on Tuesday and coverage of Saturday duties 2 times a month.
