Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance and IT Operations Analyst to join our team at IHiS. The successful candidate will work closely with the SingHealth CIOO team to support governance and IT financial matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain cluster projects reviews governance and process, including reporting needs, to improve deliverability and drive better budget utilization.
  • Advise and support various teams to ensure compliance with cluster governance.
  • Support the Annual IT Work Plan Budget exercise for cluster IT budgets, working with project managers and functional analysts.
  • Coordinate with IHiS teams to cater for end-to-end needs of annual IT work plan budget, including IHiS Finance, PMO, CEO office, and charge-out computations.
  • Work with IHiS Finance team on financial matters related to IHiS's billings to SingHealth institutions.
  • Provide financial analysis of IT spending, including budget utilization and variance analysis.
  • Support cluster finance with cash-flow expenditure forecast and utilization analysis.
  • Manage capital budget substitution and prepare quarterly Capex and CITA Charge-out of cluster systems to institutions at SingHealth level.
  • Prepare and submit MOH-Funded Projects' progress reports and cashflow projection.

  • Strong analytical, conceptualisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous with an eye for details.
  • Proven experience in business analysis.
  • Results-oriented with strong multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Good team player and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel & Automation.
  • Ability to think strategically and apply analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Degree holder with 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience or Diploma holder with more than 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Well-developed communication, consultation, negotiation, and advocacy skills and a proven ability to establish and cultivate relationships with various key stakeholders.
