BIM Implementation Specialist Role Summary">

This position is responsible for the effective implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) standards, processes and workflows across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BIM technology and excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively among architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • BIM Standards and Processes: Establishes and maintains robust BIM standards, processes, and workflows across the organization.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinates effectively among architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate BIM data delivery.
  • Training and Education: Provides comprehensive training and education on BIM technology and workflows to project teams.
  • Issue Resolution: Identifies and resolves BIM-related issues and conflicts efficiently.
  • BIM Documentation: Develops and maintains detailed BIM documentation and reports.
