About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with exceptional interpersonal skills, able to navigate complex projects and resolve issues efficiently. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a liaison between our organization and the community, ensuring seamless communication and fostering positive relationships.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inquiries and feedback from the community, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with residents, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective community outreach strategies.
  • Attend meetings, briefings, and presentations with stakeholders, promoting our organization's interests and goals.
  • Draft reports and documents, monitoring public feedback and providing actionable insights.
  • Participate in ad-hoc duties related to customer service, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum qualification of a GCE 'O' Level Certificate, with prior experience in public relations preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a construction field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to interact with staff at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and one other official language.
