Furniture Delivery Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Furniture Delivery Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and collecting furniture and appliances to customers in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivery and Collection: Delivering and collecting furniture and appliances to customers on time, ensuring that all items are in good condition.
  • Maintenance of Facilities: Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our warehouse, showroom, and office facilities.
  • Inventory Management: Conducting stock-taking and inventory management to ensure accurate records and minimize losses.
  • Preparation and Maintenance: Preparing and maintaining furniture, including repairs and maintenance, to ensure it is in excellent condition.
  • Other Tasks: Performing other tasks as required to support the smooth operation of our business.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Driving Record: Good driving record with no major incidents.
  • Class 3 Driving License: Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license.
  • Inventory Management Skills: Strong inventory management skills, including stock-taking and record-keeping.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
  • Physical Fitness: Good physical fitness, enabling the ability to lift and move heavy furniture and appliances.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, providing a positive experience for customers.
