\Notifications and Coordination Specialist - Furniture ProductionThe key to our production success is timely coordination. We are looking for an experienced Notifications and Coordination Specialist to ensure all furniture production timelines run smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and coordinating production activities with the procurement team to meet customer demands. This role requires close collaboration with workshop supervisors, carpenters, upholsterers, and painters to achieve set goals and targets.
Key responsibilities of the Notifications and Coordination Specialist include monitoring product quality, adhering to production standards and client specifications, maintaining accurate records, resolving delays or supply shortages, and ensuring adherence to workplace regulations and safety protocols.
Requirements for this position include relevant experience in a production coordination or planning role, preferably in the furniture industry. A strong background in production processes such as carpentry, upholstery, and/or metalwork is also essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production scheduling software is necessary for managing complex data and coordinating tasks effectively.
