Bilingual Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Bilingual Marketing Assistant to play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and developing skills in sales, client outreach, market research, digital operations, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns for education and branding projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate and maintain monthly content calendars across various digital platforms.
  • Create bilingual marketing materials and reports that effectively communicate key messages and results.
  • Conduct research on potential clients and assist in proposal preparation, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Build and maintain CRM databases and lead-tracking systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Prioritize and manage competing tasks and deadlines, meeting targets and delivering high-quality results.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client performance to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Gather and analyze data for marketing insights and post-campaign evaluations, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor performance metrics for digital campaigns, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Manage backend tools and dashboards to enhance marketing performance and efficiency.
  • Develop skills in operating regional platforms like WeChat Official Accounts.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and video editors to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects and materials.
  • Maintain documentation such as marketing briefs, SOPs, and campaign summaries, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Requirements:
  • CURRENTLY PURSUING OR RECENTLY GRADUATED WITH A DEGREE IN MARKETING, BUSINESS, COMMUNICATIONS, MEDIA, OR A RELATED FIELD.
  • A STRONG COMMAND OF BOTH WRITTEN AND SPOKEN ENGLISH AND MANDARIN IS BENEFICIAL DUE TO THE BILINGUAL NATURE OF OUR CLIENT COMMUNICATIONS AND MARKETING CONTENT.
  • EXCELLENT ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND ORGANIZATION SKILLS.
  • Creative, proactive, and willing to take initiative in a collaborative environment.
  • Familiar with social media trends and basic digital marketing concepts.
  • Prior internship or project experience in marketing or education is a plus.
