Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead the design, maintenance and operation of high voltage electrical systems in a cutting-edge manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion environmental health and safety compliance across all electrical operations. Conduct risk assessments and promote a culture of safety and operational discipline.
  • Lead commissioning maintenance and optimization of electrical systems from 230kV to Low Voltage including emergency generators dynamic UPS and advanced power quality equipment.
  • Provide expert level support for complex operational issues and lead root cause investigations using 8D problem solving methodologies.
  • Oversee capacity planning system performance analysis and execution of expansion projects to enable site growth and production demands.
  • Review and validate scope schedule and cost estimates for infrastructure upgrades. Provide engineering oversight and technical guidance during design and construction phases.
  • Conduct risk assessments and failure mode and effects analysis FMEA to eliminate single points of failure and enhance system resilience.
  • Mentor and develop electrical engineers and technicians through structured training programs and hands on site engagement.
  • Lead post incident reviews and drive implementation of corrective and preventive actions for system abnormalities.
  • Drive strategic initiatives for system capacity expansion reliability improvement and energy efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering Master's preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in High Medium and Low Voltage Electrical Systems Design Maintenance and Operations within semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments.
  • Technical Skills: Must be proficient in HV/MV/LV systems ETAP software and IEC standards. Familiarity with SMART systems and predictive maintenance tools.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
