Job Summary:

We are seeking a High Voltage Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience in high voltage systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform online and offline partial discharge measurements for HV electrical assets such as cables, transformers, switchgears, motors, and generators
  • Conduct offline cable testing (Hi-pot test, Megger test, Tangent Delta test) above 6.6kV rated cables
  • Use Infra-Red Thermography for HV and LV Switchboards
  • Measure lightning protection and earthing system performance
  • Assist project teams with maintenance work and handling of multiple test equipment from various manufacturers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
  • Strong knowledge of high voltage systems and equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
