Job Title: Executive, Guest Service

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive, Guest Service to join our team at Ascott International Management Pte Ltd. As a key member of our Guest Service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our residents feel at home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service and support to residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures, apartment access key cards, and resident accounts.
  • Anticipate and respond to resident queries and needs, providing recommendations on nearby amenities and services.
  • Manage resident feedback and complaints, escalating issues to supervisors and managers as necessary.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including bookkeeping, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a guest service or hospitality role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
