Job Description:

  • This senior leadership role is responsible for leading and managing the biddable hub, focusing on building strong client relationships to drive business outcomes.
  • The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of experience in biddable media, with expertise in Search, Social, and Programmatic channels, and a proven track-record of building processes to enable team success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Bid Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute bid strategies that align with client objectives, ensuring seamless connectivity between strategy, planning, and activation.
  2. Team Management: Lead a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure team members excel in their roles.
  3. Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and translating them into actionable strategies that drive results.
  4. Media Optimization: Work closely with the measurement team to track and optimize KPIs, ensuring campaign and business success.
  5. Innovation & Thought Leadership: Drive innovation and thought leadership within the team, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 12-15 years of biddable media experience, preferably in regional/global accounts.
  • Proven expertise leading scaled and complex teams.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
