We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Finance Associate to join our investment banking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing expertise in financial modeling, including debt and equity valuation for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions.
- Develop expertise in financial modeling, including debt and equity valuation for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions.
- Apply various valuation methods such as comparable companies, precedents, and DCF to drive business growth.
- Deliver high-impact recommendations on product offerings, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and valuations.
- Collaborate with clients to prepare and review materials used in financing, including investment memoranda, management presentations, and pitchbooks.
- Build relationships with new and existing clients to expand the business and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct thorough due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions.
- Design engaging client portfolios and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders.
